We have a passion to serve and are proud to support the organizations in our community by helping raise money for them.

Apply to host a fundraiser at a participating Wing Dome restaurant location and we’ll donate 15% of sales (excluding online orders, tax and gratuity) from your supporters back to your organization. Or if you are looking for a gift card donation, you can learn more here.

Hosting a fundraiser at Wing Dome is easy!

Simply follow these 5 steps:

Step 1: Review our Dine for a Cause Guidelines. If your organization meets eligibility requirements, fill out a Dine for a Cause Application and email it to info@thewingdome.com.

Step 2: Manager contacts you to confirm a date/time for your fundraiser.

Step 3: The restaurant manager will provide you a customized flyer containing all details of your fundraiser.

Step 4: Spread the word and market your fundraiser! Email and print copies of your flyers to distribute to supporters, friends, and family.

Step 5: On the date of your fundraiser, your supporters dine at the participating Wing Dome restaurant location to enjoy our delicious food! Your supporters will present the voucher attached to the flyer to their server. Wing Dome will then donate 15% of sales (excluding online orders, tax and gratuity) from your supporters back to your organization.

A check will be sent to your organization within 30 days of your fundraiser. In order to have your check processed, you must provide a completed Form W-9 and a valid Tax ID# prior to your event.
